Shipping policy

At DRIV3N we move with purpose, and that includes getting your order to you as efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other external factors beyond our control. While we work with reliable shipping partners, DRIV3N cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once an order has been handed over to the carrier. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. DRIV3N is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If additional assistance is needed, our support team is here to help guide you through the process via our contact page. 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
